Shipping & Returns
What do you charge for shipping?
We now offer flat rate standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders under $72 are just $10, orders from $72 - $144 are $20, and orders over $144 are $30.
Shipping time
Our candles are packed to order, which means they require a little extra time to prepare. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2-7 business days.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that your P.O. Box can accept packages from all carriers. Some larger packages may require pickup from your local post office.
Shipping in extreme heat
In extreme heat conditions, we recommend choosing expedited shipping to reduce the time your candles spend in transit. We try to ship out at the beginning of the week to prevent boxes from sitting on trucks for extended times, but please be aware of potential melting during peak summer months. Ideally, you’ll have someone at home to bring the box inside as soon as it arrives.

Return policy
At Room Candy Candles, we take pride in our handcrafted creations. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an unburned candle and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the candle is unused and in its original packaging for a smooth exchange process.
Customer Satisfaction
What if I really don’t like the scent?
Everyone likes different scents. What a candle smells like unlit can be different than when it’s lit. If you buy a candle you don’t like, you could gift it to someone who might love it. That said, we want you to love your purchase, so if you really dislike something, let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
What if I received a defective item?
We want to make it right. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at roomcandycandles@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos to better understand the issue and will provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
Do you offer refills?
Because glass can become compromised over time, for safety (and insurance) reasons, we do not offer refills.

Do you offer discounts?
Each artisan candle is lovingly made by hand, a very time and labor-intensive process resulting in a high-quality luxury product. We aren’t trying to compete with your local big box store and can’t match the prices of a factory made, mass-produced candle.
